Duke University Football Team Delivers Buckeyes' Books

On May 5, 2012, representatives from the Myungusng Christian Medical Center met members of the Duke University football team at Addis Ababa airport. The players hand-delivered 95 pounds of books collected by Ohio State University (OSU) medical students through its OML drive. Mailing textbooks from the United States to Ethiopia is expensive. For this donation, the books were sent from Ohio to North Carolina. Wonderful team work displayed by Duke University and OSU. OSU College of Medicine Sends Books to Ethiopia

International Health Interest Group members at Ohio State University College of Medicine conducted an OML drive. Ninety-four pounds of books were donated by current medical students. The educational resources left Ohio today for Mysungsung Christian Medical College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
