Future Physician Conducts OML Drive in Dayton, Ohio


A million thanks to eighteen-year-old Ayesha Khan, who recently conducted an extensive OML drive in the greater Dayton, OH area. She collected over 330 pounds of books and sent them to various locations: Afghanistan, Antigua, and the Philippines. Ayesha is planning on attending the University of Cincinnati this fall with a dual acceptance to the University of Cincinnati’s College of Medicine through its Connections Program. She aspires to become a physician and hopes to continue her work with OML in the future, as well as other medical relief work.

OSU College of Medicine Sends Books to Ethiopia



International Health Interest Group members at Ohio State University College of Medicine conducted an OML drive. Ninety-four pounds of books were donated by current medical students. The educational resources left Ohio today for Mysungsung Christian Medical College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

A big OML shout out of thanks to Daniel Francescon for his leadership role in the book drive.
